We believe in being upfront and honest about the cost of care. If you're paying out of pocket or not using insurance, you have the right to get a Good Faith Estimate: a clear breakdown of what your treatment might cost before you get started.

What's a Good Faith Estimate?

It's just what it sounds like: an estimate of what your care will cost based on the services we expect to provide. This includes things like:

• Your first visit or consultation
• Chiropractic adjustments
• Any follow-up treatments we recommend

We're here to make sure you feel confident and informed about your care, with no hidden fees or surprise bills.

When Will I Get It?

If you book your appointment at least 3 business days in advance, we'll send you a written estimate:

• Within 1 business day if your appointment is 3 to 9 days away
• Within 3 business days if your appointment is 10 or more days away

And if you ever want an estimate before scheduling, just ask. We're happy to provide one.

What If the Final Cost Is More?

If your final bill is more than $400 above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it. There's a simple process you can follow to challenge the charges if something doesn't seem right.

Note: Your Good Faith Estimate includes expected costs, but not unexpected services or emergencies. We'll always talk to you first if something changes.
